Dans cet article, nous nous occuperons des données quantitatives et qualitatives recueillies durant les vingt-cinq dernières années en Sicile. Ces données ont été collectées dans le cadre d’une enquête sur le terrain de grande ampleur qui a intéressé la Sicile entière dans le contexte des activités de l’Atlas linguistique de la Sicile (ALS). Espaces du quotidien et dynamiques de l’altérité pendant le confinement

This study is the first result of the research entitled "Mon Espace Vécu" (My Lived Space) conducted in Italy during the first lockdown of 2020 (March-June), which was imposed by the government to contain the Covid-19 pandemic. During that period, the authors collected hundreds of textual testimonies from volunteers experiencing everyday spaces during the pandemic. The reflection, conducted from the perspective of cultural geography and cultural anthropology, develops from the analysis of some of these testimonies. Specifically, this paper focuses on the forms of semantization of space and the relationship between the body, space, and dynamic identity/otherness.

Neogeographic technologies as a tool for reducing the disaster risk: a testimonies’ map during the 2020 lockdown in Italy

This paper illustrates a geographical and multidisciplinary research titled "My lived space" and conducted in Italy, during the lockdown period due to the pandemic of Covid-19. The research aimed at using geospatial platforms to collect and map discursive, visual and oral testimonies, stories and narratives of individuals. It means, exploring the various testimonies of people related to quarantine, physical distancing, resistances and experiences, and practices that occur in the daily spaces of their homes and in local communities.
